PATHETIC UBEREATS POLICIES! this can become a lawsuit against them

So, I was involved in a minor accident with Uber eats. this is becoming a huge problem in South Africa. According to UberEats, they are not liable for how their Internal "Partners" are and the vehicles. I received a call, and I found out that they do not compensate you either for any damages that their drivers cause due to the driver's negligence. Here are the points that UBEREats needs to abide by as a lawsuit should follow: Drivers need to have a valid driver's license Vehicles used for any form of delivery should be road worthy at all times. ALL DRIVERS Need to have Insurance on their vehicles.
