Pathetic UberEats

It's pathetic that there is no way to contact customer service for UberEats. Are they afraid to deal with customers? How pathetic that I cannot get an answer as to why they deliver to my neighbour but right next door they are apparently not in the area yet. So 3m is the difference between areas....
