PATHETIC UBER EATS SERVICE - TOOK MY MONEY NO FOOD

I tried placing an order with Uber Eats and as soon as the payment option came up and placed my order the site hung, Me thinking the transaction didn't go thru done it again. I never got my order, over R700 off from my bank account and no food. This is pathetic. Uber Support tells me they cant refund me because its more than 48 hrs. which is lies. I am highly disappointed, I will go viral with them now
