PATHETIC UBER EATS EXPERIENCE

Ordered through UberEats from McDonald’s Observatory, never had a issue with Uber eats before - this driver and his listening skills was pathetic! Thats a lot coming from a kind, patient person. He didn’t listen to instructions when I was telling him that he was parked at the incorrect spot and trying to direct him to the correct building. His name is LAMPARD. We then told him to wait where he was (which was around the corner from our office building which was an inconvenience but we didn’t mind) and he kept on repeating that his timer has expired and telling me I put the incorrect address in - instead of trying to solve the issue. But I was trying to direct him and he was not listening? When my colleagues got to him and shouted for him to stop - he drove off. I was billed over R500 and never received my food RIDICULOUS!!! I have since yesterday submitted four complaints and never received any feedback, no refund, no food, no respect!
