PATHETIC UBER EATS DRIVERS

Uber eats must be desperate for drivers. Its now over an hour, I'm still waiting for my delivery. The driver OLIVER, does not speak English. I've spend hours giving him instructions, he doesn't know how to read. How can Uber Eat employ these drivers. Its not right for the driver and the customer. DO NOT USE UBER EATS ITS TAKEN TEH DRIVER 2 HOURS TO DELIVERY MY FOOD, AND HE WAS 10 MINUTES AWAY....BAD.....BAD......BAD.......BAD SERVICE
