Pathetic Uber Eats

I ordered 2 x feed my cravings from Chicken Licken on Uber Eats. Upon opening my box I notice I only have 9.1 wings as my supposedly 10th wing is smaller than a pinky. I immediately call The Chicken Licken store in Mowbray and Im through to an amazing lady called Niki who listened to my query and accepted my feedback. She then refered me to Uber eats as there was nothing she could do. I escalate the query and all I get is electronic replies saying stating that" it is what it is" and I don't need to respond to the email. I am appalled at this pathetic customer service as I paid for this food and paid for the delivery service. All I want is a refund for the disgusting "pinky" and never want to use this service again.
