Uber Eats ORDER NUMBER: 5E966 - im getting really ****en ****ed off now. you idiots keep on closing the tickets and NOTHING GETS BLUDY RESOLVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Give me my ****en money back or i will open a case of ***** since money was taken off my account without authorization and a refund was never ****en returned to me and dont you dare close this ****en ticket. Every ****en time you do it and then i cant sort this ****en **** out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 These is suppose to be a refund on this but it never came through on the card, the refund is suppose to be R184.50 and then when i tried to change the card on this to see if it will go through on that card another R168.25 went off that card too. So the R184.50 and the R168.25 needs to be refunded or at least put in the Wallet. This is ridiculous that it is THIS difficult to get my money back. The first amount that is suppose to be refunded is R184.50 on the 23nd of May at 2:15am, I never received it, it was never refunded. It said that you were unable to refund it for some reason. That was to the card ending in 1396. Then i tried changing the card details to card number ending with 3214 on the 25th of May and then it took off another R168.25. So I paid DOUBLE for that order and also never got my refund. And every single time i try and sort it out you guys just close the ticket!!!!!!!!!!!! Expiry date of the card ending in 3214 is 03/2027 and the expiry date for card ending in 1396 is 10/2027. I cant exactly give you a screenshot of the refund i never recieved????? And when i log a bludy ticket, I explain every bludy thing once again!!!!!!!! Can you not get competent people working on your help lines??????????????????????????? Refund my money!!!!!!!1 BOTH AMOUNTS!!! OH AND LETS NOT FORGET THAT THIS UBER DRIVER THAT DELIVERED THIS ORDER LEFT IT A BLOCK AWAY ON THE GRASS IN FRONT OF SOMEONE ELSES HOUSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
