Pathetic support center :UBEREATS

I ordered grocery items from Uber eats which was immediately debited from my account. My order was short delivered, with half the items orders. I immediately raised the concern with Uber eats on 05 August, requesting a refund on 06 August. Their help center is completely pathetic. They have been immediately rejecting my messages without investigation. Beyond ridiculous. As a frequent customer, I will now rather use Mr delivery.

Very pathetic "help" received from Uber eats.
