Pathetic servuce

I HONESTLY do not want to go into detail...that's how ANGRY I am and have been repeating this story to ubereats like a broken record...

Yesterday I placed an order...the driver came...I was busy in the house...the phone was in thr bedroom...I was in thr kitchen...And had lost track of time...

When I went to check on the message as I had been busy the whole day..I noticed that there was a missed call...And i realised that I had been busy and ubereats had called me and didn't hear the phone...I then dialed this number +*** as I had suspected it was ubereats...after several attempts....when i couldn't get through.....I called Westage KFC as that was the place I had placed my order from..

Spoken to Princess...who tried to get hold of the driver....And when she did...the order was still with the driver...But that was HOURS after the delivery attepemt to my house by the driver...

Comatcted ubereats support and narrated my story...I was told that the driver had contacted me...and waited for 9mins and couldn't get hold of me...AND there will be NO refund...I MEAN what HECK...so...you place an order...PAY for it...they don't get hold of you and bye bye...You snooze you lose..

There's NO refund and NO response after I had requested for my order delivered to me...Can you IMAGINE...

The Driver..whose name is Zuba...took MY order...that I PAID FOR...he took it for himself...because I didn't answer the phone...WHAT THE HECK....
