Pathetic service! Using robots to communicate

Pathetic! No customer care and Noone who really reads. I have had a few very bad experiences. The one was an order from a garage, I did not receive three of the items I ordered, I called the driver immediately, he confirmed that he doesn't have anything else. UberEats refused to refund me for the items not received because I had a discount on my order! The second, I ordered from Roman's Glen Gary, realized in a minute that the address was wrong, cancelled and reordered from Roman's Bellville. The note on the cancelled order says the restaurant already prepared the food and no refund. How do you prepare in a minute. How am I not refunded for something I paid for but didn't get??? I logged this four or five times on the app and they keep sending robotic replies and then they just close the query! There is no number to call, no email, NO SERVICE! It is so frustrating and so disgusting! It's been more than a week and I still don't have my money!
