Pathetic service Uber eats

I have never experienced more pathetic service than I have experienced tonight from Uber eats. I did not receive my order and had to be satisfied with them telling me it was because the delivery driver did not have my address. Firstly one cannot order without adding your address, secondly, the address is on the order and thirdly, I am a so called Uber One client????

Their response was that I could not complain because they have refunded me and it should be in my bank in a few working days. Still no food on my plate.

Then I realised that they only refunded the food but still deducted the tip???? Tip for what???

I would most definitely not recommend using these unprofessional Uber eats. Their customer service is even worse than their delivery service.
