Pathetic Service Uber eat

Pleased order on Uber eats worth R700. When time to deliver, no food. I messaged the driver. Tried calling with no answer. Then get a message food deliver.The driver has a picture of our food left in bush. When I try calling or contacting Uber eats, you get an automated message with no acknowledgement. I had numerous bad incidents with Uber eats and their service- incorrect orders, missing items etc. Their customer service is pathetic
