Pathetic service, rude and selfish driver . Poor service from ubereats.

I have used Uber Eats numerous times with no issues over the past year. The instruction is alway to leave at door. No other drivers have had any issue with this in the past. In this instances, The driver ignored all instructions, did not wear a mask, forced me to go find him after I told him i was in isolation and was flat out rude. He sat in the middle of the complex far from the drop off location and made no attempt to contact me or find my apartment but instead ignored my calls ans instructions. When I eventually went to him, he refused to give me my delivery at first and did not follow any covid protocols. Ubers response was to tell me they have to options leave at door and meet. Yes thanks for telling me what I already know. What a pathetic and useless response. After years of using this app I will not be using this service again. Thank you for pathetic service. I wouldn't advise anyone to use this service. There are cheaper and more reliable competitors out there
