Pathetic service, robbing customers and safety hazard.

I ordered from ubereats, the driver entered my complex however did not follow the instructions of where I was. He insisted I come down to where he was and he was no where to be seen. The delivery did not come through 3 hrs later and on the app it says delivered. I spoke to the help desk and they said they will escalate it and ended the chat. The delivery guy has not left my complex because I did not get an notification. Apart from not receiving my order it's also an safety issue and no has gotten back to me. Pathetic service and I will never use them again
