Pathetic service, no contact details, no customer service

I so wish I can give you zero...Placed an order and it was running late. Messaged the driver and he said he was on his way but had to wait for a drop off. He was not moving for the next 5 min so my colleagues came with me to the gate as it is not safe. We saw a guy on Mr Delivery bike going to opposite business center. I started calling the number provided by them, no response. I rushed inside only to see my order marked as delivered. So I rush back out again, see him coming out of opposite center and signal him to come and show him no building no...he waved me off and left. Tried contacting Uber eats, they have no service. Its pathetic. I even have cameras on my building and can prove nothing was delivered but no help, no assistance whatsoever. This is so sad. I am closing my account and pulling all my company's business account out as well. Shame on you Uber Eats how you treat your customers. You guys are horrible!!
