Pathetic service from UE.

My order was never delivered and Uber eats won't even provide evidence of the delivery but are happy to keep my money.

They claim that the guy left the food at the gate, unless he is a ghost, there is no evidence of this in the camera footage.

They still refuse to respond to my question, had I not paid, would the guy leave the food wherever he left it?

The support team has no clue how things work in SA. Absolutely useless to say the least.
