Pathetic service from UberEats.

I ordered Chicken Licken via Uber Eats, it was supposed to be delivered from Maponya Mall, after realising that the delivery time had passed and I was not receiving any updates regarding the order, I logged on to the app and reported that I did not receive my order, I then received feedback that I have been refunded my money, to my disappointment I will only be able to access my money within 3-10 working days which I feel is unacceptable as they are the ones who failed to provide me with the service I requested. I am very disappointed. Why must I be so inconvenienced??
