Pathetic Service from Uber Eats and their driver!

Uber Eats is extremely unprofessional!

I order using the Uber Eats app quite often and never had a problem with any of my orders until today.

I ordered a cafe latte this from ms Donalds this morning using the Uber Eats app. After almost an hour the driver arrived with my latte.

As he hands me my latte i thank him then i discover the cup feels very light. When i opened it there was 3/4 of my latte missing!

When i told the driver i will not take this order he needs to take it with him, he refused and looked at me as if i am crazy asking me "what do you mean now? What are you talking about ''

I got so upset i called mc donalds and he left. I tried calling 3 times with no answer finally i decided to send uber eats a complaint and a refund request.

I took a photo and gave them my story! Only for them to tell me i cannot receive a refund instead i need to rate the driver!

The star i gave to rate them was not 1 they deserved today but one that was given as a minimum eas required!

Customer service is one of the most important things in a business and once you lack that you eill slowly lose customers.

Well happy Friday everyone at Uber Eats! While the refuse bin enjoys the 1/4 cup of cafe latte i orderd and paid almost R50 for including the pathetic delivery service i received
