PATHETIC SERVICE FROM UBER EATS

I was charged for my food and delivery. Delivery was marked as completed. No food was delivered and when I phoned the restaurant where I ordered from, they were happy to charge me again and organise a different delivery service. No one from Uber Eats have even tried contacting me. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPEND.
