Pathetic service from uber eats

I placed an order this morning from streers in gateway, when the app showed the driver was 2 minutes away I then went outside I waited for 20 minutes and no sign of the driver, I then look on the app and the driver says his arrived but the app shows the driver was in McDonald's, a few minutes later the notification comes to say my order was delivered yet I haven't received anything, I have reached out to uber eats and have not gotten any feedback, so my meal was paid for and I did not receive.
