Pathetic service from both UbberEats Customer service and the Driver

If I could rate it 0 I would pathetic Customer service both from the driver and customer service I ordered food and paid for it the driver said they delivered yet he didn't when I called him he kept saying he's coming yet I stay about a 1Km away it's just that it was at night I could literally walk to KFC when I told the the customer service agent he responded in two minutes and told me he looked into the matter and I will not be refunded. My kids slept hungry and I have paid for food. I will never use the app again.
