Pathetic Service from @UberSupport !

Pathetic Service from Uber eats support! I posted a complaint on Twitter which they responded to promptly but it seems that's all they're good for, standard responses. The problem at hand is persistent and now I have credit on my App but I can't use it! Respond if you'll do something about it, if not, then don't waste my time.
