Pathetic service

Ordered food from kfc, the driver picked it up and it took so long to get to us. He then switched off his location so that I can't see where he is. When I phoned him he said he is outside our house looking for us, then after that he said ok no he is dropping off someone else's order(so he was lying). Then he got a massive attitude with me. Then as time went by I phoned again and he kept dropping the phone in my ear then all of a sudden canceled the trip. So this means he stole our food. This is not acceptable. We work very long hours so I support uber eats a lot, but after tonight I will never use this app again. Customer care keeps on saying that he had delivery issues, he didn't have, all he had was a massive attitude and no excellent service or a way of talking to clients. This is really pathetic. Now wonder uber eats has a one star rating. I work for a company that is a number one rated company on Hello Peter, we strive everyday to keep our clients happy. Uber eats this is definitely not something you guys strive for.
