Pathetic service

So dissapointed in the service it is like you dealing with a robot only automated responses thats so frustrating,, I ordered and for 2 hours the driver said his 7 Mins away,, then cancels my order and it's now 11 days I'm waiting for a refund for something I didn't do the driver could have been considerate and canceled 30mins after he relalised he can not deliver but kept me on a string believing that my order was on its way,, I could re ordered with someone more honest in fact should have used Mr Delivery,, I'm still waiting for a refund there no human communication with Uber eats,, you can't call or email them yet they sit with you money for an error on their side
