pathetic service

If I could. I'd rate it zero stars. I ordered medicine, ice-cream & chocolate for my sick wife to an address we've used before. For some reason there was an issue today. I messaged the guy and my wife called him to explain that we live in a complex - for him to hang up while she was still speaking. She went out to look for him even though she's sick, with no luck. He uploaded an image of the order being delivered but we have no idea who he delivered it to. The customer service support on the app is as useless as the driver. I want a refund!!!!!
