Pathetic service, disgusting food and ********* business behavior.

Order was an hour and a half late, one item missing, instructions to exclude pork ignored, cold and soggy. Ubereats said they would cancel the order and later refused. That’s very ********* and disappointing. I can’t be expected to pay for this. They instead blame the restaurant and the driver. That’s not my problem, ubereats took my money and should simply reverse the payment as they said they would initially.
