Pathetic service delivery

Hi..Uber Eats is such a *******. O had 2 bad experiences with them. The first time, I ordered food from Kfc. They did not deliver the cappy juice firstly, then, the wrapster meal was burnt so badly. I tried messaging them, and also tried phoning Kfc, guess what! No luck. Uber Eats could not rectify the problem... Then, I ordered a salad from Kuaui.. Awaited the delivery.. All I got was a picture of the food left outside my school gate.. No phone call from the delivery guy.. When I asked the school security if anyone delivered the food. They said no... Tried emailing Uber Eats.. They say that unfortunately, there cannot be a refund. I called Kuaui, The manageress tells me that I am not the first person to complain. Apparently they get slot of complaints about food not getting delivered by Uber Eats.. This is absolutely ridiculous.Do they not screen their drivers before employment? I have lost my money twice. No satisfaction from Uber Eats
