Pathetic service

I bought chicken licken through Uber eats on the 24th feb 2023. Paid for my order online as I was waiting for my order to be delivered.at my home address provided,the driver sent me a message telling he almost got ****** and just left my order unattended at the complex and sent me a picture as proof. I was so annoyed I did not receive my order that I paid for and they refuse to refund me .
