Pathetic service

Ordered food from McDonalds via the UberEATS app. I waited for over an hour for my food that was bought 20mins away from my office. The driver told called me via the app to tell he has arrived, there was no sight of a KIA with the description i received from the UberEATS app. The driver gives me a call to tell me he is waiting on me and i explain to him i am standing outside and it shows on the app he is no were close to my location I advise him to use my live location that i will sent to him. he even confirmed to have received the location. UberEATS has keeps proving that they are unprofessional, lack customer service and employee ****mers. What a disappointment.
