Pathetic service

I have purchased meals from ubber which came to R109 within 2 minutes of my purchase I was then transacted R500 for Ubber Rides which I did not Authorise noh book

I have been trying to contact ubber there is no direct line noh anyone from there customer care line who is dealing with this matter it's been 20 hours later and I have no response from them I had to cancel my card and add an extra cost to me now for making a card ubber has become pathetic with it's service and customer satisfaction I am really disappointed in the service we receive UK until now I do not have a clear answer as to why I was debited twice a total of R609 for 10 hot wings and a mash and gravy .
