Pathetic service

My order was never delivered. Ubereats Support has not rep**** on either their app, email or facebook. I ordered on 11\12\2020 using a voucher worth R150.00 for Chicken Licken funds were deducted and no Order Number i had to call Northmead Chicken Licken and spoke to Solly ho said they cant see my transactions and funds are not appearing on thier system.This is ridiculous.
