Pathetic Service at Uber Eats and Uber

I am extremely tired of giving you my money for free, yesterday I placed an order at Rocco mammas Horizon, the order was apparently picked up by a driver and not delivered to me, your office gave a call and I spoke to this Indian guy that said I should reorder and I won’t get charged, I reordered and guess what I got charged, it’s so difficult to contact you guys, you never process refunds, I want my refund today and not after 5 days and of which it does not even ever reflect within five days because you are good at chowing peoples money, you also overcharged me on my Uber ride, sent through an email to support and it’s been 8 weeks now and I still haven’t received my money. I’m going to stop using your services. Mr Delivery is even better. Please refund me all my money ASAP
