Pathetic service and not even a single response to my email

Once again Uber eats let me down!

Such pathetic service!

The worst is that I can't even call them I have to communicate via email! I sent 5 emails and did not get a single response to date.

I decided to order burger King for my kids and I and my mum isn't well and she requested the nacho cheese loaded fries.

The food was delivered an hour after I ordered it and there were no loaded fries. I also ordered 2 mountain dew. Cool drinks just to receive 2 Pepsis.

Immediately I called the number that the driver called me on apparently my number doesn't register on their system so it got cut. I sent 5 emails to date and still have not received the fries or an email. Of apology or anything!

Uber eats service is getting worse and worse and if they don't watch it they will be out of business soon!

I obviously no longer want the fries I just want my refund
