Pathetic service and no-help attitude from UberEats

I wanted to change my order immediately after placing it, so I contacted UberEats support as quick as possible for help. They told me that I had to press the "cancel order" button before my meal has already been prepared. I was shocked and told them that it is impossible that my meal is already prepared, I just placed the order a matter of seconds ago. They were completely unhelpful and gave me a snotty comment on how I should "in future" contact the restaurant and not them.

To top it all off, my food arrived cold and the chips were at best half portion. I again contacted UberEats support about the bad quality of my food and, to no surprise, they did not help me at all.

I will never use their service again and would advise anyone the same.
