Pathetic service and drivers who are *******!!!!!

I'm deeply angry and annoyed by the service recieved today from Uber eats. I made an order at KFC diepkloof square at 7pm only recieved my order at 9:15pm. The first driver who was collecting my order sent me a msg asking me to confirm my address and if I had paid online,I rep**** with what he asked and minutes after that the app says oops finding another driver. Second driver accepted and minutes later got an oops again. Third driver Anthenkosi was kind enough to respond to my messages when I was asking abt my order and he informed me that my order was already collected ...by who ...? He then never answered and I got another oops. I really want to praise the forth driver Onias,as soon as I saw his name I started chatting to him asking if he can plz find out what's happening with my order. He rep**** and assured me he will find out. He arrived at KFC and was told that my order was collected, apparently the first driver who came to collect is the one who took my order,scribbled his name so they could not see and wrote an incorrect phone number because they tried to call him. Onias kept chatting to me and told me they will replace my order. When he was on his way he notified me too. As much as I'm angry about the first driver,I'm very happy that there is honest drivers like Onias out there. He could have decided not to come too but he followed my query and even showed them the chats at the store to verify that I had not received my order yet. A big thank u to Onias for that. As for the first driver,he has made me not to trust Uber eats anymore. I'm now afraid of ordering and paying online. Is this what the service has come to now ...people *****ing food. I'm deeply disappointed. This service was made to make our lives easier but now when we have drivers *****ing our food what are we going to do....
