Pathetic service

I ordered from Mac D at umhlanga branch and I did not receive my order. I called them they tell me to call Gateway I called them they say they didn't receive my order.. Now they say I should call uber eat who is asking me for a 8 digit code I don't ****en have!!!! I was billed for this food I didn't get and I can't get through to anyone *** am I suppose to do.. Im annoyed and disappointed. Pathetic service I want my money back if yourl can't provide a professional service. Order no B676E
