Pathetic service

I received an 25percent discount on any order, which I placed an order for full house steak roti Gatsby which was initially r300 and paid an amount of r224. When I received my order it was not a full house it was a plain steak also I informed UberEats and that the chips was very soggy and this is not what I ordered. Only to receive r12 refund. Bare in mind this was my kids supper. They clearly think nothing about a person coz howcome only refunding r12 and not replacing the order as I still have it here.
