Pathetic service

I placed an order via Uber eats for kfc that I ordered. The driver that cannot understand one word of English delivered the wrong order. He gave my order to other people that also ordered and I received their order. Totally not what I ordered. I sent the food back with the driver. I contacted Uber eats to explain what happened. They asked for my receipt and an explanation of what happened. I even gave them the mangers name af kfc that confirmed that the driver gave my food to another person that also ordered. Ubereats refuses to refund me because of a mistake that their people made when delivering the food. I definitely will not make use of Uber eats again. They are pathetic and very unprofessional in how they handle customer queries. They do not car about their customers!!
