Pathetic service

I placed an order at 18:20 on the 26th April, it is now 20:15 and the food still has not arrived, this is due to no fault of the store, but due to there being no drivers available. In cases like these uber should rather not accept the invitation order or give a 2 hour time line and not a 30 minute delivery time. I'm highly ****ed off with this ****ing company, even chatted to a consultant on the app and they showed absolutely no sense of customer service
