Pathetic service

Placed an order on Saturday 18 June 2022 from Ribshack Rockafellas Ferndale. The food arrived ice cold with only the outer layers warm suggesting that it had been placed in a microwave to heat up. Added to that the food arrived bland with no flavour whatsoever.

I raised this with UberEats and received a generic "we appreciate your feedback" message. I tried following up with them this morning, Monday 20 June, only to be told the query has already been closed. In other words, UberEats endorses ********* restaurant practices.
