Pathetic service

I ordered some food through uber eats and waited for the courier at the gate but he never delivered my food .while i still trying to get hold of him via ubber eats app, a message popped on my app stating that i did not put a delivery address .so the ubber courrier drove all the way from the restuarant not knowing where he was going to? After some time i was told that lam not elligible for a refund .
