Pathetic Service

I order biryani at Motu foods and when the driver arrived the take away was torn and the driver told me before I even took the food that it was messed .The food had spilled on the packet, I than told the drive I won't be able to take it since O was going to consume food that was on the packet and worst it was biryani. He told me he will be taking the order back to the store and he left but didn't return. The order was cash on delivery so I didn't pay him since he didn't give me any food. A few minutes after he had left he than completed the order on the App by saying he tried calling me through the App which isn't through coz he came, I spoke to him. On the App it shows that I owe. I can't pay for food i didn't eat.
