Pathetic service

Yesterday I placed an order on Uber Eats at KFC Meadowdale through UberEast. The order never arrived and when I checked on the App the driver left it at a wrong place though I wrote the correct address, name of th driver Bonne Idee. When I followed this up to the company opposite where my order was left, the security said, this Bonnie Idee took a photo of my order and then left with order. He never left it where he said he has. Tried to seek help through UberEast App but they chose to believe their driver. Their service is pathetic actually they *****sters, money suckers. The sad is this Uber Eats thing has no contact numbers you only communicate with them through their app, even their drivers you can't call them call. Nonsense
