Pathetic service

I ordered from Uber Eats Feariglen Market yesterday. All I recived was an automated call saying the driver is trying to get hold of me and the delivery was not received. Now i have been contacting Uber Eats as I need my refund ASAP and no one is bordered to respond. Sent several messages from yesterday and up to now there is no respnse. delivery person was TAMUKA
