Pathetic service

Uber eats has the worst customer service ever! I got a meal the other day and an item was missing, so you’d think that they would refund you the amount of the missing item but no, they refund you whatever random amount they see fit. One time I didn’t receive my drink and they refunded me R1! How does this make any sense when they know a drink doesn’t cost R1? Now this time they refunded me R22 for something that costs R29. How is this ok? How do you even come up with the refund amount without checking the value of the item? Honestly sick of these delivery places who can’t get simple things right.
