Pathetic service

I tried using uber eats for the first time yesterday. I placed the order at 5:30pm and according to the app my food was collected at 5;55pm and the driver was on route. The tracking showed he was 1 min away so I went outside to wait for them an hour later and multiple calls he was still 1 min away. Eventually after 2 & half hours my order was cancelled and I never received anything. Totally pathetic
