Pathetic service

Uber eats service is pathetic. This is the third time my order has been cancelled after waiting over an hour to arrive. They have sent the same copy and paste response to me every single time. Today I ordered food which was expected to arrive at 12:45pm an hour after I placed the order. My husband starts work at 13:30pm and was waiting the food to take it to work. The order then got delayed to 12:55pm and then 1:15 pm to which he had to now call his work and say he's going to be late. At 1:17pm the order was cancelled. I contacted support to receive the same response everytime. I havent been charged and I can place the order again lol. Bunch of fools. Why wait so long to cancel an order and inconvenience people it can be cancelled after 5 minutes. Never using this app again.
