Pathetic service

Absolutely pathetic service from their drivers, his name is Rashied who just left my food on outside my flat gate, I live in a complex and waited outside for him, there was no delivery done at my gate. Then he says to me I never answered my phone so he just left the food on the floor, took a pictute of it and left. Also this was ordered from KFC, when I called them to say I never received my order l, they say once it goes out with the driver they are not responsible for it. This was from KFC sparks road, Overport Durban. I called Rashied to say to say I never receive my order, he disconnects on me without assisting me.
