Pathetic service

Pathetic service... Ordered a meal it was delivered late and cold meal was returned to the store, advised the store and Uber eats about this received no feedback... Go on to the app and it says my issue was resolved... Need an explanation as to how was this resolved when I have not been refunded or even contacted.... #RomansPizza #ubereats
