Pathetic Poor service from uber eats!!!

This is the second time Im seriously dissappointed on uber eats. I ordered my food at 13h35 and the estimated time for delivery was 14h10. At 14h10 they decided to further delivery estimated time to 14h15 and at that time my order was still being prepared. So I contacted the help in app. I was told to wait. When waiting uber eats makes sure you lose connection with them so you can stop asking questions and just wait for hours for your food. I spoke to 3 different assistants that kept lying to me to say that my order had been prepared and was delayed because they are waiting for delivery. Three of them gave me the same excuse at the mean time my app kept saying that my order was still being prepared. Then 1 h 40 minutes later after loosing connection with the 3rd assistant and constantly asking them to appologise as this was not accaptable, the delivery guy finally arrives. He told me that my order was actually being prepared and that he has been waiting for my order at McDonald's. When you request for an appology from uber eats they disconnect you and you never get to the bottom of things cause they trying to discourage you. I am extremely dissappointed. Still up to now I don't have any apology from uber eats or McDonald's. I'm so disgusted by their lies. Treating me like a fool and continuously lying to me. I would never recommend that app to any one. It just ruins your day. 1 h and 40 minutes later after estimated time, that's when I get my food. I am 10 minutes away from McDonald's I would have gone and come back and ate long be for they delivered.

I'm extremely disappointed.
